PV 124T BackupExec 10d no Medium Exchanger

I just purchased a PV 124T and can not get the Medium Exchanger to show up in Device Manager. I have a Poweredge 600SC with the Perc 4/SC Raid Controller. The only thing I can find is RAID controllers can cause issues. Is this true... any ideas? I have tried changing the SCSI ID, reloading Backup Exec, newest drivers, everything I have found on the Internet but no luck

same problem here PV775N + windows 2003 server +adaptec scsi controler.. the only hting i get under my device manager is Dell(tm)PoerVault(tm)110T DLT VS160 no media changer apears as instructed by the driver installation..
i've tried every thing upgraded all the drivers even the firmeware of the PV775n.

the PV124T works fine i can load and unload the tapes from the remote management interface and the front panel.... updated the firmware and every thing.

upto this point it just an expensive toy.

the backup exec can't recognize the pv124T

HELP!!!!!
