PV132T RMU - Operator Panel problems

Hi there,
 
When I logon to the RMU of any PV132T library I receive an error when trying to view the operator panel.
The operator panel page loads and I see the control buttons but in stead of the actual operator panel I receive a blank square with a red cross stating "Panel Data".
 
I am logged on to a Windows 2003 Terminal server with Internet Explorer 6.0 and the latest Java client is installed.

It seams like some plugin isn't installed to view this panel.

Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to fix this problem ?
 
I have no problems when i logon to a win2000 terminal server with IE 6.

Hiya's....
 
I would try the following:
 
First, try updating the firmware to the latest revision Rev 193, I know there are some fixes in there for accessing the RMU over winXP.
 
 
If that does not work, I have had success installing the latest version of java:
 
 
You may want to check security settins in windows 2003 as well. I would go ahead and lower your security settings in IE then try accessing it. If you can, you know it's some setting in windows 2003 blocking the java panel.
