setting up 2x R720 + MD3400 + MD 1200 server 2019 datacenter advice please

Hi

without doing the bloke thing, thought I would ask what steps to take to correctly set the above up so far I have had problems connecting to the md3400 but I do know it is cabled correctly, looking to set up server management, VSS and its management etc and would like thoughts on the best approach,

current setup is;

192Mb

dual 2.0ghz 8 core

3x virtual drive

marvell 57800 2x 10Gb 2x 1Gb

md3400;

6x 4Tb

md1200;

12x 3Tb
