Swap Storage and scsi controller to new server

i was asked to move our storage from old server to new dell poweredge server.

i just wanted to know anything is going to affect the data if i swap storage with original scsi controller to new server.

if so is there any precedure to achive this goal without losing any data?

we will perform the migration this weekend.

it is kind of hurry.

if anyone here knows how please help me for this
