TL2000 Tape Alert Flag : 0x15, 21

I recently came into this job position and I am not familiar with the PowerVault TL2000.  Last night I got emails with a clean request and the following:

            Event Code:                      0x84 - tape alert

            Element number:                  0x0A, 10

            Drive number:                    0x01, 1

            Tape Alert Flag:                 0x15, 21

Searching the forum, I found 2 threads about this same error.  One states that it is a failure to retrieve or move a cartridge.  The other says that it is a bad/corrupt tape.  I have tried going through the user manual, but it is not very helpful in how to interpret these codes.  Can some that is familiar point me in the right direction?
