Unable to Manage PowerVault MD3600f
Hello,
I'm a new sys admin in my position that has this PowerVault MD3600f that's been sitting in storage for most likely years. I'm trying to set up a machine to configure the system and see if there is any data stored on it to either reuse this system or let the company get rid of it.
I have found the original CD that came with the device and installed the software but it is unable to find the device (I even installed the latest version and still no luck). I have all the cables hooked up according to the manual found online but still unable to manage the system. If I try to connect to the serial port I get no response.
It also has the flashing amber on the front, which I know means fault but I have no idea where to go from here. Every manual I read gives no troubleshooting steps and always simply points to another manual or says go to support which this warranty has been gone since 2015. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Would you confirm a couple things for me?
What device are you trying to connect to the MD3600f, and what OS does it have installed?
What specific software are you referring to, and what version is it?
Are you able to connect to the controllers at all via the ethernet mgmt port?
If so, what are you seeing?
