Upper Controller down - SCv3020
Hi,
the upper controller of our storage has been shutdown. Bottom controller is still up and cannot be turned off.
How can we start controller1 again, there is zero info in the user manual.
We tried to shutdown the whole system, which clearly was a stupid idea. Thank you.

hi,
i found it myself yesterday, those "3 dots" are easy to miss in unisphere on first sight, when you're under pressure. This allows a shutdown or restart of both controllers.
I'm guessing that the option within the hardware menu to shutdown/restart a single controller is only meant for hardware replacement, correct?
