Using Md3200i & Md1220 in 2023&2024 for hosting company still good ?
Hello soon we will be building our hosting company for begin could we use thesee models for some years ? is that still support from dell about drivers and security ?
I wish someone scratch to here for helping to us thank you.

Hello Mehmet,
Dell Has not sold MD3200i and MD1220 in years.
We have not put out new controller firmware in 5+ years and have not validated those MD with newer operating system versions.
I'm sure they are still in use and maybe a community member can share their experience.
If you are looking for a modern SAN at a similar tier then you may want to consider an ME5.

@Dell -Charles R Well thank you for feedback I need something for good price the hosting company will be new in this sector so i need something economic price could you give any advice for it ? we will using it on wordpress hosting and some webhosting systems.
