I've had a service ticket open for two days... I have a 3930 that was ordered with 2.5" front bays and I'd like to convert it to 3.5" drives.  Evidently this is real hard, since CS has not gotten back to me, and I've found an article on here from someone four years ago that was not helped either.

If I can just confirm that I need to order the unit with 3.5" bays I can get on with my life.  We're reproducing a local 3930 for installation overseas and the boss just sticky-taped the drives in the chassis... this won't fly in Dubai!  From the looks of things the whole bottom chassis has to be built for this option.  Please help if you can, Dell CS/TS is stumped.
