Dell Precision 7920
The computer did not boot up. It showed a fan error after powered on. I pressed continue button but it showed a flashing curser on the top left corner of black screen. How to fix it? I just moved it to another location and this happened.

Hello,
was being powered on/off daily, while in the previous location ?
Try F12 at post, and do the fan tests ( one cable could be a bit loose but it should not happen, and to move would have to receive some shock or big vibration )
If you want to see visually which fan is not working, you need to engage the pressure button that prevents otherwise to power on with the side panel removed
