Dell Precision T7600 Codes
Hoping someone can point me in the proper direction to troubleshoot a problem with a Dell T7600 desktop.
When I press the power button, the power button light is a solid amber and the 1, 3 and 4 lights blink. I suspect this is a problem with the power supply, but wanted to try to confirm.
Thanks!

Welcome to Dell Social Media Support, Could you private message me the Service Tag, so I can look into this for you right away?
You could refer to the below link to find the Service Tag:

Couldn't tell you the Service Tag #. The desktop is a bit old and most likely no longer under any warranty period. Simply need to know if what I'm seeing is related to the power supply needing replacement (I already checked all cable connections and also replaced the CMOS battery).

This support page should help and the codes you are seeing indicate a PSU cable problem but it could also be a main rail missing which would be a PSU problem as well.

I haven't removed anything from the internals, so not sure what you mean by a power rail...

This web page will help describe what power rails are. Basically they are the main voltage lines coming out of the PSU that supply the 12, 5, and 3.3 V.
