A couple of ideas - If using an HDD, it may be starting to fail. Unless it's already your boot drive, SSD will definitely shorten boot times besides making the system faster for other things. Might be time for an OS reload.
Try replacing size 2032 battery if it's 5+ years old. Bad batteries cause erroneous boot problems among other things.
