DELL precision tower 7810 PSU D825EF-02 issue
hello , our workstation all of a sudden doesn't turn on. The power LED is blinking 2 times orange/amber. Seems like a PSU issue , is it? and can we buy PSUs directly from DELL. we have alot of DELL computers here at our location (Darmstadt, Germany) , like 14 15 of them. I hope you can help us for this.

First, try replacing the size 2032 CMOS battery if it's 5+ years old. Bad batteries can cause boot problems and erroneous error codes.
Next, you're right. Power light flashing a 2,2 pattern can mean bad PSU.
