Does this have a Nvidia graphics card??
Hi I was given this desktop and I was told it redone and I wanted to know if it would work for games like fortnite. What is inside??

The GPU card is installed in the blue slot. The side with the fan might tell you what it is.

@bradthetechnut omg I need help I messed up trying to trouble shoot a gforce graphics card installer app and it said run registry keys and delete this hey something software and I deleted the whole software file instead of opening it and looking and now I cant do anything and my son is going to be home in a hour and a half

It has a graphics card, yes. You'll have to ask your seller or post the part number on the card to find out what it is.
