Internal bluetooth not recognized by Windows 11
I recently purchased a Dell Precision 3000 Series 3240 Compact Workstation. And I can’t get my internal Bluetooth to be recognized by Windows 11. It is enabled in the BIOS and after scanning for hardware changes, does not show up in device manager or anywhere else.
When I first got the system and installed Windows, I did have an external USB Bluetooth adapter set up and working. That adapter is no longer working (physical damage) so I want to use the internal one that came with my Dell. I talked to Microsoft support for quite awhile and they could not get my internal Bluetooth working either. They recommended reinstalling the system, but I do not want to do that. All my drivers are up to date.
I am using another USB Bluetooth transceiver and it is working however the range is very limited. My guess is because I had the external Bluetooth when I first installed Windows, it will not recognize the internal Bluetooth.
Any ideas on how I get my internal Bluetooth transceiver that came with my Dell working would be greatly appreciated.

Internal bluetooth is integrated with M.2 wireless card. What is the wireless card currently in your system?
