Hello,

I have a Precision 5820 that was pre-installed with Ubuntu Linux.

I added a new nvme disk, and I'd like to install a different Linux distro on it (specifically, elementary OS, which is also Ubuntu-based).

However, when I tried to install the new OS by restarting the machine with a USB stick in the slot, the install failed with the error message "The recovery drive is only valid on Dell and Alienware computers" (or something like that).

What do I need to do to install another Linux (on a separate disk/partition) on my machine?
