looking for cable for T7920 Flex bay 3/4
I have upgrade storage on my t7920 with kit 575-BBSI
based on instructions it was supposed to come with Y power cable. For whatever reason the cable is missing.
I looked in the other kit and the cable is DPN: 0W8X9X, how can I order / buy it ?

I think OP is looking for Y splitter cable as pictured below. It often sold in a kit but not separately.

Correct. Picture in the post above is what I'm looking for and it is not sold separately. I checked in "newer" kits. And it does have this cable. How do I call "Dell parts" ?

According to this support page, the cable does not come with the kit. Possibly a call to Dell parts or a search on eBay may help you find the cable.
The list of parts in the kit is as follows:
575-BBSI - Allows user to install 4 additional 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDD/SSD on the Rear of the chassis in FlexBay 3 and 4.
