Memory Upgrade for Precision T7920
I am currently running DDR4-2933MHz memory on this machine with dual Intel® Xeon® Gold 6230 Processor
It mentions the CPU supports Maximum Memory Speed @ 2933MHz which I have installed.
Can I run/upgrade to 3200MHz memory at it advertised speeds or will it drop down to 2933MHz?
Will this memory work ok?

Will 8x32GB (256GB) 2Rx4 Memory be better than the 8x16GB (128GB) 2Rx8 I have installed now?
I understand from Googling that 2Rx8 uses 33% less power, but that's about it !!
I see most memory modules for sale on eBay are 2Rx4
Expert advice please!!
