Did you shutdown completely and restart? If that doesn't work--
Check your cd-dvd drive. Remove any disk that might be inserted. Windows names that drive D if it exists. The thumb drive would be E if you have an optical drive. Remove the thumb drive too before rebooting.
Try booting to the boot menu to select the boot drive or boot manager. Shut down the computer. Then turn it on but immediately start tapping F12 without waiting for any screen to get to boot menu.
