For starters I would suggest running diagnostics (tap F12 immediately at boot). It sounds like drive problems so watch for any drive errors. Of course if you are having drive problems then the data on the drives could be in jeopardy anyway. I would suggest backing up the drives as a precaution.

There is no issue with the drives. They are new. Diagnostics is clean. This is more of a BIOS issue. 

My question is that: can these unsafe shutdown during POST (before boot) can damage my HDD's and SSD's and the data stored in them in the long run?
