Were you working on the system hardware when that happened? Any hardware modification from OEM configurations?
For no power, perform a BIST test on power supply. Then test boot motherboard with a known good power supply with most components removed, just leave CPU and one stick of RAM.
With the repair options ranging from replacing power supply to replacing or both. Some additional cost may occurred.
