Precision 5720 AIO windows installer BSOD
Hi, unfortunately I owe Dell hardware and it's Precision 5720 AIO. I can't install OS because installer dies everytime i try (BSOD), most often gives that result: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA or SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
I tried Linux too with similar result: kernel panic.
I tried many RAM modules in different slots, used different sticks with installers, even remoed all drives. I did memtest and alle RAM modules passed it, I performed full built-in hardware test and all passed too, that's real rubish sotftware, does it test anything for real if machine not working properly? Bios reset been done as well.
Does anybody have any ideas how to get it sorted out? What could faulty? CPU? MOBO? Something else? Any other ideas how to find faulty piece of hardware? It wasted a lot of my time trying to fix it.

@mazzinia_ I tried to boot it with few different drives, SATA and M.2. Live distro gave me same results as normal installers; kernel panic. I tried many different options from debian and ubuntu to fedora and opensuse. I tried even with disabled storage controllers in BIOS.

@sslyk at this point I would have said ram , but you already covered that point more than extensively ...
Do you have the option to use a different pc to install and then transfer the boot drive ?

@sslyk ok, found something about an AIO of a different brand .. saying that windows 10 would bsod installing if the system was sold with Dos , unless some settings of their own bios were enabled.
This makes me think that maybe some setting in the bios requires some change

@mazzinia_ I tried all possible option, with SB, without but it shouldn't matter, legacy, UEFI. Drives in RAID and SATA mode. This is Dell so hardware is really bad when older than one year, Dell's failing hardware is just a legend, even corporate class devices. I just want to know is it rather board or it may be faulty CPU? I found mobo on ebay so how to perform full hardware test to find out what failed?

@sslyk sorry to hear (hoped that the silence meant it got solved). Honestly the cpu should not fail, with this i mean that it's quite hard for it to happen unless is badly handled when removed / before being installed. At this point it could be the motherboard
