Precision compatibility w/ Radeon 4G RX-460 GPU

I looking for knowledge on what this GPU will work with; Precision or otherwise, used or refurbished, or possibly new.
It takes a 6 pin connector to the PSU but I have a splitter that will plug into two 4 pin connectors, if needed.
The PSU needs a minimum of 600Watts.
The GPU fits into a PCI-E x16 slot.
I have two Dell Precision T5500 & T3500 both of which have the RX-460 GPUs and both will not support the Windows 11 upgrade.
These are good workstations but I need to replace both due to the W11 upgrade.
The GPUs are equally as good, for my needs. I'd like to try to salvage them, transfer them to another computer.
I don't know what I should be looking for, compatibility wise or, for that matter, if it's even worth the hassle?
Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

    @redxps630

    Great info...I don't game, I use 'em for photo/video editing and other generic video streaming.

    Thanks for your time and for the help.

    Later on, I might add another question or two to this thread but for now, thanks a lot, I appreciate ya.

    Knowing the PSU wattage would have been a plus. My current Dells have a 600W and 900W PSU, maybe I could transfer those also.
