Realtek Audio headphone stops working with reboot on Precision 3630

I have a Precision 3630 Windows 10 PC purchased in 2019.  Never used speakers or sound (work computer).  It was stored for over a year, but now when using again with sound, it has this problem.  After I reboot, the headphone output no longer works.  The speakers are good, just no headphone.  Sound settings still has Realtek as the output source.  I have to reinstall Realtek and then it works until the next reboot.  Re-installation requires 2 reboots, which is a royal pain, especially since it only lasts until a restart.  I use the file provided by Dell specified for this computer, so not sure what to do at this point.  Anyone else run into this problem?
