Request for Assistance with iDRAC Virtual Console License Issue

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am currently experiencing after purchasing a new Dell R250 server. Specifically, I am encountering difficulties accessing the virtual console through iDRAC due to an error message that states:

"LIC501: A required license is missing or expired. Obtain an appropriate license from Dell Digital Locker and then try again. If the problem persists, refer to the product documentation or contact technical support."

In light of this, I kindly request your expertise and support in resolving this issue. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to help me obtain the necessary license and successfully enable the virtual console feature.
