T3400 power error
Had a series of back to back power failures at the house for about an hour and now the computer starts up for a second then the power supply clicks, shuts down, and repeats the process over and over.
No Events found!

First, replace the size 2032 battery if it's 5+ years old.
If that doesn't work, a bad PSU can cause a bunch of restarts/boot loop as can a bad battery. The PSU may have had a sensitivity issue with its age or the power spiked.
