T5810 Slot Difference
Planning to add wifi card to my desktop. Currently, my 1080 card is using #5 (see below image), and blocking #4. Is there any difference if I move the 1080 card to #3?

There is no difference for graphics performance in slot #3. You can add wifi card to slot #2 without the need of moving graphics card.
