I'm having the same problem, but if I power the system off/on it usually comes up but its getting worse. Did you ever figure out what was causing this?

If not being used, what about turning off the lsi controller in the bios ?

The T7610 was introduced 8 years ago. If not in the last 5 yrs., try replacing the size 2032 CMOS battery and post an update.
What color is your power light during the error code and is it blinking?
