I can't install windows 7 in pentium 4 when i select onboard from usb or CD ROM then nothing happens

and when try onboard sata hard drive it gives me the error that alert! voltage battery is low.

press F1 to continue F2 to go to setup menu and F12 to do setup diagnoses what should i do
