Upgrade cpu on precision 3660

I have a Dell Precision 3660 with a 500w psu and would like to upgrade my CPU from an I7 12700 now to either an I9 14900 or an I7 14700 Parts I have in it are also a Geforce 4060Ti with 16 gb ram and 3 SSD nvme disks and 2 In addition to Sata SSD disks, I use 3 5 USB devices on it at a time, my PSU has enough power to drive an i7 14700 or an i9 4900.

Take note that some earlier boards were shipped with 12th gen CPU can not be upgraded to 13th gen CPU.  See my earlier research for board ID that will support 13th gen CPU at this discussion.

This on ONE reason I will never buy again  Dell Workstations. The CPU upgrade restrictions is pure rip off force people
to buy a new workstation... No Us products for me anymore in the next 4 years.
