I used to use Windows normally. I updated some optional updates from Windows updates and changed some NVIDIA Control Panal and I was downloading a game and watching a movie at the same time, but suddenly the device turned off  And when you press the power button to run the device, the button light works only with the battery and operating lights only  Battery lighting lights up as follows: 2 Orange 1 White Light Blinking, knowing that the screen is black and did not work permanently I raised it, changed the place of the hard and the additional Ram 16 GB, did not work, then I returned them to their place, and nothing changed. The first thing I tried or separated the battery, charging the device and operating it on the charger 240 W head but did not work, I tried the battery removal and separated the charger and pressed the operation button for 20 seconds and 30 seconds to devote himself from the shipments, but nothing happened....

You will need to look for a replacement mainboard internationally if you can't source one locally. Depending on the model of the system and its age, it may be better to replace the system, as mainboards are not inexpensive.

I have the same problem on XPS 13 9300 1 white 2 orange flashing lights but logo is permanently on cannot boot  into bios at all.
