7730 Integrated GPU to P5200

I have a Xeon with Integrated Graphics (seriously regretting not getting 7720 right now). Of course Intel can't run anything well that requires more than average graphics, so I started looking for GPU's. Found a P5200. After I received it and opened the system I realized several more components were required. 

1 - NV256 Heatsink Combo - what a stupid design to both slow the fans down and link the GPU to CPU, that fool should be fired. 

2 - Data Bars x3 (little finicky connectors dell thought would be comprable to a proper slot) That fool should also be fired. 

3 - Power Cable - this one makes sense coming from integrated.   

The customer isn't always right, especially the one demanding Desktop performance from ever smaller and lighter form factors. Windows 10 was already out when the 7730 was released, you should have known maintaining functioning software to compensate for hardware deficiencies was going to be all but impossible. 

4 - If you don't want to cook your components you must get the best thermal compounds and pads you can find. 

Having done all of that I still get Video Scheduler Errors and the dreaded TDR error. That's with the laptop sitting on a 6 fan laptop cooler. 

Why isn't the bios smart enough to trigger a more aggressive fan profile when it detects a 5200 (or 4200 since it has the same TDP) ? The only time the fans ever run at full is during POST...why? The fool who thought that would be a good idea also should be fired.  

I guess I learned the hard way why dell never listed the GPU's as upgrade parts. 

I ran through every video about video scheduler and TDR, nothing helps. Disabling switchable graphics only makes things worse, the dreaded green and pink blocks and lines appear followed by a reboot and the artifacts persist during POST. 

I take it by the lack of aftermarket solutions, either I have a bad card or hard core users switched brands and said goodbye to dell?  Does anybody have any ideas?  

Before the Thermal Paste and Pads were improved, even watching a You tube video in Auto Select mode would trigger a TDR. After that, auto mode at least works as long as you don't use applications that want to use the NVIDIA. Now I get more Video Scheduler Errors than TDR by about 100 to 1.  

I took it outside where the ambient air temp is 10c, according to Performance Test CPU temps still hitting nearly 70c........overly strict censor not a mis spell. Either Dell is sending bogus temps to the OS and as a result it is failing for safety, or the FAN profiles are hosed. The GPU in the 10c Ambient according to Ptest was about 43c.  

I've lost count of how many times I've run DDU, Installed only the video drivers from Dell in the order required which is Intel then Nvidia. (Which for Win 10, running video drivers that old is not wise)  Then updating the drivers to the latest from Intel and Nvidia. When that didn't work I bought another NVM and installed a fresh copy of 20H2 followed by getting all the drivers from dell. I've tried to force the fans to spin faster with SpeedFan, that didn't work.  

I've researched enough to know the problems with the 5200 are quite prevalent, many choosing to just return the laptop and jump off the Dell ship.  What a DUD, nobody seems to have answers. I have a theory Dell got too big for it's britches and was forced to cut corners in the only part of their business that they were historically excellent at. Problems this obvious should have never made it to distribution. 

Does Anybody have a 7750 with a Xeon and the top NVIDIA GPU? Does it work for more than 30 seconds?  

Performance Test on my M6700 i73610QM with Radeon 8950 is is 1500 points higher (more than double) than the 7730 Xeon w/ Integrated Graphics. Running Ptest still got the i7 just as hot as the Xeon on average, but the Xeon did exceed 100c. Hitting the i7 with the CPU test revealed that the 6700 speeds the fans at 80c, the 7730 never spins the fans as the 6700, not even at 100 I suppose that's yet another commonality, 7730 owners prior machines are outperforming the 7730's. The short time I was able to run Ptest in the 10c ambient, the FPS was LESS on the P5200, now that's just wrong.  No idea what the score was because it wouldn't complete. 

i7 CPU score 4290, Xeon core temps routinely 98 fans finally spin score 12574. 

What I have noticed is that with the 5200 enabled, the CPU is always at 4.6 to 4.8 ghz.  If windows lets the driver fail on reboot, the speed will drop to 900mhz even while plugged in. Keep in mind that Xeon is supposed to max out at 4.4 ghz.  I tried going in to Power Plan settings and setting the maximum cpu state to 50%, with the GPU enabled this setting has zero effect. But even while the CPU can actually be reasonable, the temps are still hovering around 60c. That's with a fresh install of 20H2, all drivers, and Performance Test installed. 

At the end of this rant - Does anyone have success with the 7730 and the 5200? I ask because I can exchange the card, just need to know if I'm better off trying 3200, 4200 or try another 5200. Unfortunately the seller does not have a test rig.
