BIOS Upgrade Problem
Hi everyone,
I have a strange problem with my laptop Dell Precision M6800 when upgraded BIOS.
- Here's my problem:
A month ago, my laptop Ethernet has problem with connection, so i broguht my laptop to the store i bought for warrantly. At the time, i've already upgraded my BIOS version to A26
Few days later, after the store returned my laptop, i opened my laptop to check, then i saw my BIOS is being downgraded to A5. So i decided to upgrade it again
So i downloaded the program M6800A26.exe again and run it to upgrade my BIOS
Before i upgraded, i've charged my laptop
After my laptop rebooted, it booted straight to Windows OS. Nothing happened, no errors, no upgrade, nothing!
I did repeat that step few times, then tried the usb flash method to upgrade BIOS but not work. Still nothings happens
Looking forward to all your comments
Thanks a lot

Welcome to the Dell Community @tuan.nguyen09
Did you try an intermediate version first???
Like A9 or A10???

Hi U2CAMEB4ME,
Maybe i should record video for more details. But in brief, my BIOS cannot upgrade no longer
I do not know where they replace or not? But this problem happened when they returned my laptop after warranty

Answer your first question,
Yes i did upgrade from A5 -> A6, nothing happened
P/s: when i bought the laptop for the first time, i upgraded my BIOS directly from A5 -> A26. The result was successful
