Cannot get bluetooth to turn on

I am trying to connect bluetooth headphones to my Dell Precision M4800. Using the service tag, it says I have:

555-BBHI : Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 72 60 802.11ac/a/b/g/n 2x2 + Bluetooth 4.0 LE Half Mini Card

Part number 8TF1D which google says the above description of Bluetooth 4.0 LE Half Mini Card is accurate.

However, I cannot get bluetooth to turn on in Windows 10. I've download the latest Intel bluetooth drive and still nothing.

When I run the bluetooth troubleshooter in Windows, it says Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer.

Welcome to the Dell Community @chuckd83

Make sure it is not disabled in the BIOS.

Is Bluetooth listed under "Device Manager"???

Yup, that card does not have Bluetooth.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/59474/intel-centrino-ultimaten-6300-dual-band/specifications.html

You will have to find another AC 7260.

Sorry for the bad news.

Intel(R) Centrino(R) Ultimate-N 6300 AGN #2

I guess I have a different wifi card than what is listed on service tag specs?

Under the ePSA Pre-boot System Assessment it says Bluetooth is Not Installed.
