What model of system do you have and which operating system is installed? Do you see any errors listed if you view the installation log?

Thanks for the details. It's not an error I've come across before. Are you downloading then saving the installer to the system in question? If so, can you try the Run option, rather than Save As?
If you have another PC with it already installed, try copying the .exe file to USB and installing from that.

I've been downloading the program to my laptop then running it. I got the download from here:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/precision-15-5520-laptop/drivers
I downloaded from IE and used the Run option but It still did not work. Unfortunately I do not have another computer with it.
Just as an FYI, here's why I fell down this rabbit hole:
I have a Dell Thunderbolt Dock TB16. I have the USB-C cable plugged into my Precision 5520 (running Windows 10). I'm trying to use the two USB ports and Headphone jack located on the front of the dock, but none of them work. So I was trying to confirm the drivers are up to date and that's why I'm trying to download Dell Command | Update.
Any help would be appreciated.
I've listed the new installation log details below.

Are you able to download and install the drivers individually? If so, here's a guide to follow to get the dock working properly:
http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln304347/dell-thunderbolt-dock-tb16-driver-installation-guide?lang=en#Manual_installation
If the dock still isn't working after following the above, please send me a PM (click on the envelope icon at the top right of the page) with the service tag of your system and the Dell order number of the dock (if purchased separately)
Thanks
