Reinstall the original Dell drivers that came with the new computer. Those are customized by Dell for the Dell board. You cannot use AMC, Nvidia, Intel or other makers driver updates which are for Desktop computers--not for Laptops. Laptops rarely if ever get updates but if they do they must come from Dell.
I did not installed any drivers from 3rd party. i updated all driver by using the app "Dell Command Update" but the problem is still there. laptop heating up after every 30 min and shutting down automatically. i reset the windows and install all software again but the problem still exist.
* Download and install Microsoft UCS Log Tool * Double click on the UCSLogTool link on the desktop * Select option 9 (General Windows log collection) * Type "no" for additional logs * Type "n" for keeping temp files * Capture the file the tool creates from the desktop. Send that to the Dell agent who has been sending you private messages
This is 14” mobile workstation in thin ultrabook chassis. Heat will be a problem even with 12x00H Intel CPU (45W TDP) but there is additionally dGPU Nvidia RTX Ax000. RTX A1000 MXM3.1 card consume about 60W. Such thin unit shall have 1280P Alder Lake CPU with XE internal graphics or in worst case 12500H CPU without dGPU.
