Dell precision 5560 drop fps

I have a Dell Precision 5560 (Core i7-11850H, RTX A2000). When I'm browsing the web, I experience sudden FPS drops and stuttering while scrolling whenever video previews appear or when I click to play a video. I have already tried reinstalling different versions of Windows and ensuring all drivers are fully updated, but the issue persists. This problem only occurs when the display resolution is set to 4K.
