For others:
Remove "+uri" from the boot order if modifying the .ini file.
Before:
BootOrder=uefitype,+hdd.2,+hdd.1,+usbhdd,+uri
After:
BootOrder=uefitype,+hdd.2,+hdd.1,+usbhdd
