Drive Gets Disabled Shortly After PC Startup
I own a "Precision 3510" laptop running Windows 10 IoT Enterprise (x64) 21H2. My "AMD FirePro W5130M" graphics driver gets disabled shortly after the computer starts up.
When I enable "Show Hidden Devices" in Device Manager, the driver appears there, but the "Enable Device" option is grayed out and cannot be selected.
I have already reinstalled the operating system and installed the latest drivers available on your website. My BIOS version is up to date. I also removed the driver using DDU and installed the latest driver from AMD’s official website, but the issue still persists.
What could be causing this problem?

Hi
Most, if not all, you have already tried, but the internet claims to know better, so ............
The AMD FirePro W5130M driver often gets disabled or fails on Dell Precision 3510 laptops due to conflicts with the Intel HD Graphics integrated GPU during startup or installation. This is a common issue on Windows systems, typically resolved by a clean reinstall in the correct order after booting into Safe Mode.
Preparation Steps
Boot into Safe Mode to prevent automatic driver interference: Press Windows key + R, type
msconfig, go to Boot tab, check Safe boot (Minimal), apply, and restart.Download the official Dell AMD FirePro W5130M driver (version 25.20.14012.0 A02) from Dell Support and the Intel HD Graphics driver first from the same Precision 3510 drivers page under Video category.
Disconnect from internet during install to avoid Windows auto-updating.
Clean Uninstall
In Device Manager (right-click Start > Device Manager), expand Display adapters.
Right-click AMD FirePro W5130M and Intel HD Graphics > Uninstall device (check Delete the driver software if available), then restart normally.
Reinstall Drivers
Install Intel HD Graphics driver first, restart if prompted.
Extract the AMD driver EXE (right-click > Extract with 7-Zip or similar), then in Device Manager, right-click AMD FirePro W5130M (it may show as Microsoft Basic Display) > Update driver > Browse my computer > point to extracted folder.
Restart and check Device Manager—no yellow exclamation if successful.

@anne_droid Thank you for your reply. I followed the steps you explained one by one, but unfortunately the result is still the same.
As shown in the image below, after installing the dedicated graphics card driver, it becomes disabled again.
Note: I cleaned and removed all graphics drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) while in Safe Mode before reinstalling them.
