Error Code 2000-0415 Validation 129866

Hi, i have problem with my dell prec m4800. So, my keyboard stopped work. I changed the cable (4 cables), 4 keyboard, even clear port but keyboard isn't working. I have newest bios. In attachment is a photo from dell diagnostic. I have no idea what's goin on...
