I want to donate my computer to a school, so i want to eliminate all my personal files and start fresh.

My Service tag works on the Dell site, but it does not work on Support Assist program to download an OS.

I get the message "No OS images for the tag, though images exist for the product" when i enter the service tag number.

Any help would be appreciated.
