Precision 3551 & 3561 overheating

So - I know others are experiencing this issue - 

But it's frustrating as heck to find that the Precision 3561's are suffering the *exact* same over heating issues as the 3551's. 

This is when using Revit, or running building calculations. 

Machines are running on desks - So ventilation is fine. 

How come Dell aren't addressing this? 

I have to install / run Throttlestop to allow machines to do their jobs.
