Have you reached out to Dell directly? If you purchased it from Dell then I would see if they can give you a replacement or fix the issue if you have warranty. This is a user based forum; we aren't Dell employees.
Are you using the correct power supply? The Precision 5560 should use a 130W power adapter. You should only use Dell adapters. I've used third part chargers before and oftentimes they only put out 65W or 90W, which is not enough for this system.
I would also say to power cycle the battery, but it can be a little tricky removing the back of this laptop if you don't have the proper tools. I would start with Dell since they sold it to you.

It can also turn off randomly. Normally when I have a few things plugged in to the ports.
