We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Dell(Bernard L) is telling me a Winsat score of 5,4 is normal for a Precision 5570.  My research shows me this is abnormal.  Dell Precision Optimizer System Diagnosis also returns a report of poor and very poor performance.  I find it hard to believe 5.4 WinSat score is normal.  See below. This needs to be escalated to the consumer complaint department.

allowed. You may reply on your thread. DELL-Admin>

I bought a faulty system in September 2022. After 2 onsite service calls with 2 motherboard replacements and 14 Windows reinstallations, Dell finally replaced the system after 3 months, in December 2022. Dell replaced it with another faulty system which took a month to arrive(December 2022.). I rejected the 2nd system and Dell replaced it with another faulty system on January 2023. I rejected the 3rd system, but they wouldn't send a new system. Dell sent an on-site service tech after 2 months to fix the faulty system in March 2023 but he could not fix it. He attempted to take the system away from repair but I did not allow that since I had already rejected the 3rd system and demanded a replacement. Client Resolution tells me there is no problem, even though Precision Optimizer System Diagnostics tells me it performs poorly.  WinSat tells me it is performing poorly as well. All I hear are lies and need this case elevated to consumer complaints. I need the phone number and email to consumer complaints. I have also lost 9 months on a warranty for I system I can't use. I'm fed up with tech support lies and Client Resolution Managers provide no resolutions. They only help tech support lie. I never had this problem with Dell in the USA. Dell Asia has a different service philosophy and worth ethic.

I just got a private message from one of the Dell social media supervisors. It is the same copy-and-paste message they always send. It says they my case is with their senior team and please continue working with them. I can respond to the email they have sent me and they will get in touch with me. I am not to worry, He or she will be making sure there are no unnecessary delays in resolving this issue. I have been receiving the same message for months and all I receive are delays and lies when I respond to the emails. I always respond to the messages but nothing gets done. Dell's own system diagnostics software tells me the Precision 5570 is performing poorly, but I am being told that is normal. I didn't know it was normal for a high-performance laptop to perform poorly, even after tech support instructed me to reinstall Windows 9 times already on the 3rd system sent to me.

I was a faithful Dell customer since 2008. I have no more faith in the company.

What Dell Asia is now doing is telling me the system isn't eligible for warranty replacement. They are forgetting the fact that I rejected the system on its day of arrival. After setting the system up and running the Dell Precision System Diagnostics, it immediately failed diagnostics tests and I immediately contacted Dell. I informed them that the system is faulty. This was in January 2023, however, they are forgetting that I immediately rejected the faulty system. It is a faulty system that I cannot use.

Dell Asia sent me a faulty system.  I rejected it on the day of delivery.  It failed Dell's own system diagnostics and has a low WinSat score, even though it is a high-performance system. Now they are telling me the replacement of a faulty system rejected system is not applicable under warranty.  It seems Dell Asia tech support lacks honesty. Someone, please provide me with a customer complaint phone number.

I always receive this same copy-and-paste message with no action ever taken.  I should post all the screenshots of it.  I must have received it more than 100 times: We’re still awaiting an update from our internal team. Rest assured, we are constantly tracking this and will write to you as soon as we hear from them.

Dell Asia seems to be having major organizational problems in their organization, in my experience.  Perhaps their workforce has been hit hard by COVID. Either that or they are getting ready to go out of business. I can't figure out which one it is.

I always get told I will be contacted in 24-48 hours.  Sometimes weeks pass before I am contacted.

Tech support only knows how to tell you to reinstall windows multiple times. They then tell you nothing is wrong with the hardware even though the software is faulty. I had the same problem with finding screws on the floor. They appoint so called Client Resolution specialist who do nothing to resolve anything. I always get this same copy and paste message:  We’re still awaiting an update from our internal team. Rest assured, we are constantly tracking this and will write to you as soon as we hear from them.

Dell (Bernard L, Client Resolution Manager) says this is why my Precision 5570 is underperforming: "There are performance differences between a notebook and a desktop. Higher-end configuration uses higher performance components that are typically found in desktops, tower workstations and servers."

This is what Dell says about its Precision systems: https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-laptops-and-notebooks/sf/precision-laptops

Exceptional performance

Power CPU and GPU intensive applications with enterprise-grade components including up to Intel 55W processors, professional NVIDIA graphics and advanced thermal designs keep your system cool, quiet and running at peak performance.

Fine-tune application, connectivity, battery and audio performance with exclusive Dell Optimizer for Precision.

optimized for performance, reliability and user experience.

It seems Bernard L, Client Resolution Manager, needs education about Dell Precision 5570 mobile workstations.

Why are you even using the Windows Experience Index, which hasn't been in use since Windows 8.1?

It is meaningless in Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft having deprecated it with Windows 8.

I'm not sure.  Client Resolution Manager Sanpisit O told me to run WinSat, which is the image that I posted, earlier.  Even though I run WinSat, they still address it as Windows Experience Index. Client Resolution Manager Bernard L is basing his decision that my system is not faulty due to the WinSat scores.  It seems there is some confusion at Dell. Tech support tells me this:

Dell does not consider WEI as a reliable measurement for system or component performance for troubleshooting. Microsoft only recommends the WEI as a tool for the customer to help determine what hardware upgrades would best impact the performance of the system.

Client Resolution Manager, tells me "Your system is a mobile workstation, and is designed for portability in mind."  I guess he means portability means less performance.  That is new to me.

This is why he tells me my system is underperforming: "There are performance differences between a notebook and a desktop. Higher-end configuration uses higher performance components that are typically found in desktops, tower workstations and servers."

What the Client Resolution Manager says doesn't match how Dell advertises the system.
