Precision 7220 IOGEAR dock issue
Dock is working fine, but when I unplug the USBC cable and plug it into another computer , then come back to the 7220 it will not recognize the dock. K/B, monitors, mouse do not work. I need to reboot and then everything is back to normal. I have checked ALL the power settings none are set to turn off the device. I have updated driver for the dock, and applied all windows updates.

Hi @squeezebox, all good? It looks like a handshake problem between your device and the dock. Try this 2 steps, lets see if works for you!
1. Disable Windows Fast Startup
Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.
Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" and uncheck "Turn on fast startup".
2. Adjust Device Manager Power Settings
Open Device Manager. Find the Thunderbolt(TM) Controller (under System Devices) and your USB Root Hubs.
Right-click each > Properties > Power Management.
Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
