Hello,

Well, you are radical, one little problem and you format everything ! That's exaggerated !

Did you first make sure that the drivers are up to date ?
- The Bluetooth driver
- The external mouse driver.

Did you use Dell Update Command ?
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=x79n4&oscode=wt64a&productcode=precision-15-7560-laptop

There is also a small software that updates everything by itself. I specify that it is under Chinese law. Once used, you can uninstall it : Driver Booster.

Greetings.

after trying many things I formatted it, even the dell support team asked for this too... but it didn't work...

Everything is up to date, windows, bluetooth driver, mouse...

it's just failing on the dell 5760, I have an M4700 and it works fine... on other machines too...

I'm thinking it's a conflict of the machine itself, as it receives another 5760 and also has the same problem...

I still have no solution...

This is a similar problem as what I have.

The Bluetooth adapter goes into power save mode after 2 seconds. Then when you move your mouse it wakes up, but that takes 2-3 seconds on my 5560.

This results in bluetooth mouse lag and if you had a bluetooth keyboard you would have all sorts of typing errors.

My Bluetooth the Intel version and it does not have a feature to turn off this power save mode.

Look in device manager to see if yours has the power save disable.

Hello,

I updated the driver yesterday, this option appears without device manager, but still to no avail...

Did you manage to resolve it in any other way?

Hey there!

Are you having mouse delay? like when you leave the mouse for a few seconds and move it, it suddenly has a 1 second delay until it "wakes"? If yes, I'm also having this issue on my Precision 5760. Please let me know if you resolved it. I have been writing back and forth to Dell support and engineers for over a month and nothing worked!

I still have the problem, I changed it to a USB mouse, because everything I did didn't work...

I have 2 notebooks 7560 and the problem is in the 2... I think it's a construction problem. maybe interference between accessories

I managed to spot the issue. It's an issue with specific CPU models. some users with the same laptop model and a different CPU (i7 11850H) managed to solve the issue.

I have Xeon W-11955M. What's your CPU?

Read this article that backs up my words. Some CPU models lacks power management features:
