Precision 7710 - missing Broadcom USH driver and USH w/touch sensor driver
Hi All,
I have a Precision 7710 I had to run the Windows recovery USB because it would keep shutting down (worked all night in BIOS and hardware diagnostics were fine). So now I end up with loads of problems and missing drivers and other bits and bops but one step at a time is the way and I need help with missing drivers.
What I am missing is the Broadcom USH driver and USH w/touch sensor driver.
I hope this makes sense.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all in advance
Sadly, Dell people can't be bothered to help unless I pay for premium service.

Hello @silviyadd , here is the USH driver with firmware. Please note that once this driver and firmware package is installed, you cannot downgrade it to a version earlier than A06
And this is Precision 7710 Windows 10 Driver Pack. After download, you need to extract/unzip it. For any missing driver, you can run driver update and point it (browse) to the unzipped folder. A correct driver will be installed for you.
I hope this helps.

Hey, Thanks. The USH is installed.
What I am supposed to do with the Precision 7710 Windows 10 Driver Pack? Where do I extract all these? I noticed a whole bunch of 72 apps to extract.
Thank you in advance.

Better install Dell Command Update if you are not so familiar with enterprise IT requirements.
Dell Command Update will search automatically missing drivers and latest driver updates for your PC.
