Precision 7750 Can't Handle Basic Graphics?
I just unboxed my new Precision 7750 and loaded Adobe Illustrator. I opened a simple 68MB file and the graphics performance is completely unacceptable with lagging selection and lagging, stuttering movement. I confirmed all the drivers are updated...Did I mess up and buy the wrong laptop or is the machine not working correctly?

To answer your question we need to know more about your configuration, e.g., especially which CPU and GPU you have in your 7750. Adobe recommends a GPU with 4GB of VRAM and OpenGL version 4.0 or greater.
In Illustrator you should be able to see the GPU usage in the "GPU Performance settings" shown in the Preferences panel. (I assume you've been through the Illustrator troubleshooting suggestions in Adobe "Fix GPU performance issues" article?)
If your 7750 has no NVIDIA GPU such as a NVIDIA Quadro T2000 or Quadro RTX 5000, then you purchased not the wrong laptop but probably the wrong configuration.
