I am using my Dell Precision 7770 with a Plantronics C3200 headset that my company has provided, however, I am having audio issues. 

I have updated both the headset and Dell drivers, but my EQ keeps going to a really flat setting which can only be reset by unplugging the usb headset and plugging it back in. Essentially I lose all depth in the sound and the headset becomes quieter too. 

This issue also happens when going into a Microsoft Teams call with a different audio source already playing in the background, rendering the lower frequency range of the sound nonexistent. 

I have also tried using different earphones through the combination 3.5 mm jack but the issue persists.
