Screen horizontal lines and shadowing
Hello, I have a Dell precision 7510.
I've only recently encountered horizontal lines and shadowing on only the laptop screen and not the two other monitors I run from it. it also happens when working on the laptop only. This happens even on boot up. Anyone have any ideas as not in warranty.

You can run a screen diagnostic by holding D through powerup. If the fault appears on the test screens, the display panel needs to be replaced. If it doesn't, the problem is elsewhere (display cable or GPU).
No, a 10 year old system is not under warranty.

If you move your display and the glitching changes, then the cable between your LCD panel and motherboard needs to be replaced.
If the glitch remains static, then most likely your LCD panel needs to be replaced.
I assume the video out of your laptop runs from the same GPU as your internal display (should be the case with laptops equipped with quadro/TX nvidia graphics cards)
